Next day delivery, amazing. Same size as existing battery of the caravan. Thought I was getting bluetooth ones but misread the BMS. They're installed and working perfectly. I didn't get an email confirmation of the order but after an email to them I got it.

Bought an FPV battery from Power World and it turned out to be faulty. I sent them a quick email, and they got back to me the next day. They told me to drop it off at their Melbourne branch, and once they received it, they sent out a replacement right away. It did take about three weeks from the original order to finally get a working product. The new battery works perfectly. Excellent service!
